Your order confirmation email includes a link where you can view your order status. Once your order has finished production and ships, this link will update with your carrier and tracking information.
Orders are typically in production for 3–5 business days before shipping. Orders placed after 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time will begin processing on the following business day.
Most orders arrive within approximately 7–10 business days, including production and shipping time.
If your order has shipped but tracking information is not available, or your order has been processing for longer than expected, email support@stillnovel.com with your order number.
